I am a licensed clinical social worker living in Florida and have been counseling since 2005. I specialize in treating people ages 12 years and older who have experienced trauma, loss, or grief. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, marital difficulty, life changes, work life balance, career changes and many more. My approach to treatment is collaborative and based on the strengths and needs of the individual, couple, or family I am working with.

I tailor treatment to the specific individual, as I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My approach combines brief solution focused, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral and narrative models. I focus on being attuned to my clients’ needs and goals, and work together with them toward positive growth and change in their lives. I have over 17 years of experience working in schools; corporate wellness; and private practice settings.
