I work with individuals and families from the ages of 9 and up. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy (Play, Journaling, Sand tray). I have experience in ministry-based roles over the years, and I can add a Christian faith-based component to therapy upon request.
